Extragastrointestinal stromal tumor in the rectovaginal septum associated with acute arterial occlusion

Abstract: Highlights EGIST in rectovaginal septum with unusual presentation (excessive vaginal bleeding). EGIST was misdiagnosed by MRI as vaginal leiomyoma. The first report of untreated EGIST associated with acute arterial occlusion.
