Extradural multiple spinal meningioma

Abstract: A case is reported of recurring or multiple spinal meningioma and focuses again on the incomplete information at present available regarding this class of meningioma. Repeated operations were performed earlier in the extradural space at C2 and an intradural tumour at the same level was completely removed. After a six year interval, we diagnosed an intramedullary meningioma once again at C2, which was subtotally removed.
