Abstract:In the 21st century, the increased farming activities have harmed both ecosystems and agricultural systems on Earth. This is because of the misuse of mineral fertilizers and toxic plant protection products. To obtain the “elicitor” extract, rhizobacteria were grown in a thermostat for 3 days and then subjected to autoclaving at a temperature of 120°C and 1 atm. for 20 minutes.
