Up to a million tons of A. leucoprocta have been harvested from the East China Sea and discarded as waste by the local fishermen for many years (Lin et al, 2017). Therefore, optimized utilization of these polluted A. leucoprocta is necessary, especially for preparation of the valuable products.…”
