Extracorporeal life support for a 5-week-old infant with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis

Abstract: Patients with severe pulmonary hemorrhage secondary to idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis can be safely supported with extracorporeal life support when conventional therapies have been exhausted.
