Abstract: Introduction and importance: Medulloblastomas are the most common malignant intra-axial brain tumor in pediatric patients and represent 35% to 40% of posterior fossa tumor types in children between 3 and 9 years of age. Medulloblastomas may also be found in adulthood. These tumors are classified into two groups according to its molecular characteristics and histological type.
