Abstract:Background Distal pancreatectomy fistula risk score (D-FRS) and DISPAIR-FRS has not been widely validated for predicting postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) after distal pancreatectomy (DP).Methods We retrospectively analyzed 104 patients undergoing DP.
