Extensive myocardial infiltration by hemopoietic precursors in a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome

Abstract: BackgroundAlthough myocardial infiltration with leukemic blasts is a known finding in patients with acute leukemia, this phenomenon in myelodysplasia is not reported in the literature.
