“…Alpheus estuariensis Christoffersen, 1984 is commonly found in estuarine environments in the mud, in burrows or under rocks between herbaceous vegetation or Rhizophora roots, from the intertidal region down to a depth of 22 m (Almeida et al ., 2012).
