Extending Outflow Brachial Vein Tength for Transposition Arteriovenous Fistulas

Abstract: Creating a longer transposition AVF venous outflow segment using parallel and overlapping vein segments with an end-to-end anastomosis gained the adequate length needed for successful T-AVFs in these four patients.
