Abstract: Uveal melanoma is the most common intraocular malignancy in adults. Despite advances in local treatments, approximately 50% of all cases eventually die from metastatic disease. In cases with metastasis, 2- and 5-year survival rates are approximately 10% and <1%, respectively.
