This paper proposes a combination of rough set and evolutionary approach for automated discovery of Censored Production Rules with Fuzzy Hierarchies (CPRFHs). A CPRFH is a special hierarchical knowledge structure that not only accommodates exceptions but also includes the general and specific information for the decision class under consideration. A CPRFH takes the following form:Dkf is the general class and S Dkl S Dk2 [sl]are the specific classes of the decision class D k . The values (dl, si) represent the degree of subsumption and the coefficient of similarity between general class D kf and the decision class D k . Similarly the values in the specificity pan are the degrees of subsumption and the coefficient of similarities between class D k and its specific classes respectively. Degree of subsumption and coefficient of similarity have been used as quantitative measures for the fuzzy hierarchical relationship among the classes. To discover CPRFHs from datascts, a three-step approach is proposed. In the first two steps the characterization sets and censors/exceptions for all the classes in the dataset are discovered using rough set methodology. Subsequently, in the third step, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) evolves CPRFHs. A suitable fitness function based on degree of subsumption and coefficient of similarity is suggested to measure the goodness of hierarchies. Context sensitive reasoning (i.e., changing the response of the system with change in state of any kind with respect to time, space, matter, or emotions of the system, user, or environment) is significant in real life decision-making. This is a comparatively unexplored facet of intelligent systems and needs to be looked into depth. The Extended Hierarchical Censored Production Rules (EHCPRs) System is an attempt to assemble, maintain, and employ a massive knowledge base exhibiting the property of inheritance and recognition in its reasoning along with the representation of constraints and defaults, and will facilitate all sort of possible learning schemes. Context sensitivity is addressed in the EHCPRs System that result in Generalized HCPRs (GHCPRs) System and its characteristics are exhibited through sample run of implemented system. With different context of user priorities, the GHCPRs system is shown to behave differently in its decision making.

Intelligent Systems are envisaged to share some or all of the work of heavily burdened human experts in the domain of health, education, social security, forecasting, engineering, agriculture, eco balance, investment, law, etc. Moreover, since the life of a human is very precious, and wherever chances of fatality is very high, all those endeavors are thought of to be handed over to an intelligent system whatsoever be its cost of development. The advent of internet and connection of the worldwide community over it irrespective of their remote geographical terrain, cultural diversity, status or language has facilitated them to seek all sorts of advices by connecting with online intelligent systems. These systems respond to the users as per their background in their preferred language and that too very cheap in comparison to its human experts counterpart. The EHCPRs System is presented in this paper as an "Online Globalized Real Time Intelligent System", which is also context sensitive, multilingual, and multi-encrypted; and most importantly it has potency to grow in whatsoever domain of expertise one can think of.
