Abstract

This publication contains a Foreword, a tribute to Prof. Valerius Geist, the plenary presentations, invited full papers, contributed short communications presented at the 10th International Deer Biology Congress, and a history of the IDBC written by Prof. Lászl ó István Sugár and colleagues.Each scientific contribution was reviewed and subjected to editorial scrutiny. The criteria for acceptance were that the material presented was sound and advanced scientific knowledge or its application in any field of deer biology.
