Expression profiling revealed keratins and interleukins as potential biomarkers in squamous cell carcinoma of horn in Indian bullocks (Bos indicus)

Abstract: Horn cancer is most prevalent in Bos indicus and poorly defined genetic landscape makes disease diagnosis and treatment difficult. In this study, RNA-Seq and data analysis using CLC Genomics Workbench was employed to identify biomarkers associated with horn cancer.
