Abstract: IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of Wnt and Notch signaling pathway-related genes in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) treated with mesenchymal stem cell transplantation (MSCT).MethodsTNBS (2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid) was used to establish IBD in a rat model.
