Expression of tumour necrosis factor receptors by bronchoalveolar cells in hypersensitivity pneumonitis

Abstract: Tumour necrosis factor receptors (TNFR) and the Fas receptor (FasR) have been implicated in the pathogenesis of interstitial lung diseases.
