Expression of blood group A and B antigens in nuclear heterochromatin in mucous cells of human cervical glands.

Abstract: Using a post-embedding immunogold labeling procedure, we found that monoclonal antibody against A (MAb-A) or B antigen (MAb-B) reacted with nuclear heterochromatin regions, as well as secretory granules, in mucous cells of human cervical glands.
