Expression of acoustoelectric net gain in p-type GaSb

Abstract

We present some new results on acoustoelectric phenomena in p-type GaSb a t 77 K.Mainly, we determine the threshold electric field by study of the incubation time,,and we propose a simple formulation of the acoustoelectric net gain depending only on the applied electric field.Nous proposons de nouveaux rBsultats concernant les ph6nomhes acoustdlectriques dans GaSb de type p B 77 K. Nous dbterminons principalement le champ Blectrique critique par une Btude du temps d'incubation et nous proposons une expression simple du coefficient de gain net, fonction uniquement du champ Blectrique appliqu6.
