Abstract:Abstract. Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of CD123 and CD96 and prognosis in MDS. Methods: 89 MDS patients and 20 controls are enrolled. The patients are grouped by the risk. All participants are detected by bone marrow biopsy. Mononuclear cells are extracted, CD34+CD38-CD123+ and CD34+CD38-CD96+ cells are counted by flow cytometry.
