Expression and Distribution of Leptospiral Outer Membrane Components during Renal Infection of Hamsters

Abstract: The outer membrane of pathogenic Leptospira species grown in culture media contains lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a porin (OmpL1), and several lipoproteins, including LipL36 and LipL41.
