Abstract:Alterações epigenéticas, como metilação do DNA, microRNAs e modificações póstraducionais (MPT) de histonas tem sido alvo de grande estudo para as mais diversas doenças, inclusive o câncer, uma vez que estão envolvidas no controle de expressão gênica.
