Exposure to hyperoxemia worsens survival and neurological outcome in patients supported by veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation: a meta-analysis

Abstract: Background Veno-arterial Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (VA-ECMO) is a rescue treatment in refractory cardiogenic shock (CS) or refractory cardiac arrest (CA).
