Abstract: Inhibitory learning (IL) theory offers promising therapeutic strategies. However, more evidence is needed, especially regarding OCD treatment in routine care. The present pilot study investigated the positive and negative effects of IL-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in a university outpatient setting.
