“…EXPO 2015 had a positive impact on the Italian agro-food sector (Lizzi, 2016) and a positive legacy in terms of public programs taken to consolidate quality and safety in food policy (through traceability and labels of origin), to improve the promotion of Italian cuisine around the World (Food Act 2015), to strengthen food safety, to commit to food security in poor regions of the world and in poor families in Italy (Carta di Milano 2015; Bergamo Declaration, 2017 15 ). The food governance system, too, has improved coordination, as synergy and cooperation between public authorities and private actors are at present better arranged and partially institutionalized.…”
