Exploring the Various Factors Impacting the Patient Satisfaction of the Rural Healthcare Centres of West Bengal Pertaining to Manpower Planning: A Study

Abstract

The rural healthcare system of India has many lacunas. The entire world today is grappling with the spreading COVID 19 pandemic and the rural parts of India is one of the worst affected parts. There is a particular structure of the rural healthcare system of India which comprises of Community Health Centres, Primary Health Centres and the Sub Centres. All of this healthcare units have got certain manpower requirements; however, it is seen that in majority of the cases, there is a shortage of manpower especially in the Community Health Centres and the Primary Health Centres.
