Exploring the Practices of Refugee Settlement Practitioners in Toronto: An Institutional Ethnography

Abstract: <p>Using Institutional Ethnography as a method of inquiry, this study explores the institutional ruling relations that regulate refugees’ settlement process in Toronto from the standpoint view of practitioners.
