“…The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the reduction of economic activity, and the measures taken in many countries have been an unprecedented economic disaster and an unexpected stress test for the functioning of local labor markets (Ascani et al, 2021), the impact on the labor market in developing countries in Europe, in particular, has drawn attention, as governments imposed restrictions on the business activities of entities, leading to a deterioration of the financial situation of the workforce (Mikołajczak, 2022).
