Abstract:BACKGROUND
Achieving the physical activity (PA) guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) per week has been shown to reduce the risk of many chronic conditions. Despite the overwhelming evidence in this field, PA levels remain low globally.
