Exploring the Factors That Influence the Work–Family Interface of Construction Professionals: An Indian Case Study

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to explore the dynamic factors of the work–family interface (WFI) of construction professionals in South India. It also aims to develop a model of the factors that influence the WFI.
