Exploring the Benefits of Conscientiousness: An Investigation of the Role of Daily Stressors and Health Behaviors

Abstract: These findings indicate that conscientiousness and its facets may influence health status directly via changes in health behaviors and indirectly through influencing stress-health behavior relations.
