Exploring synergies between digital tv recommender systems and electronic health records

Abstract: Recommender systems have been around for several years in Digital TV scenarios as tools intended to discover items that are likely to be of interest for the viewers, as inferred from profiles that gather information about TV programs they watch or commercial products they purchase.
