Exploring patient experiences of participating in a group exercise class for the management of nonspecific shoulder pain

Abstract: Among those interviewed, the exercise class was described as providing an environment conducive to the development of relationships, friendships, humor and fun, gaining mastery of their exercises, and encouraging the transition toward self-management of their pain.
