“…In Nigeria case quota system admission policy of universities, mind set to relocate from the home country, limited areas of study and specialization at home universities are some of the visible factors pushing students outward. Other push factors according to extent literature are: fewer world class institutions, lack of doctoral and postdoctoral programs (Altbach, 2004), limited availability of specialization (Altbach, 2004;Safahieh & Singh, 2006), limited access to funding and poor career prospects (Altbach, 2004;Maringe & Carter, 2007;Vo et al, 2009;Eder et al, 2010;Jack & Schapper, 2012).
