Exploring Factors Influencing Academic Staff Attitude towards the Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Higher Education

Abstract: This study aims to explore factors that influence attitudes towards implementing TQM among the academic staff in one of the Malaysian higher education institutions.
