Exploring cultural values and sustainability preferences in housing development: A structural equation modeling approach

Abstract: The study aimed to establish the relationship between values and people’s preferences for sustainable improvement in Nigeria’s indigenous housing context. The relationship was tested in SEM using ordinal survey data obtained between February and March 2022 with 241 valid samples.
