Exploring Biological Networks with Cytoscape Software

Abstract: Cytoscape is a free software package for visualizing, modeling, and analyzing molecular and genetic interaction networks. As a key feature, Cytoscape enables biologists to determine and analyze the interconnectivity of a list of genes or proteins.
