Exploring barriers to assessment of bereavement risk in palliative care: perspectives of key stakeholders

Abstract: BackgroundPalliative care standards advocate support for grieving caregivers, given that some bereaved people fail to integrate their loss, experience ongoing emotional suffering and adverse health outcomes.
