Abstract:Pulmonary cryptococcosis is becoming increasingly common in immunocompetent hosts, manifesting with variable clinical presentations ranging from asymptomatic colonization to severe pneumonia. Radiological findings are non-specific, such as nodular infiltrates, mass-like lesions, and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
