Explorative Synthese von Gallium‐ und Indiumboraten unter extremen Bedingungen: M5B12O25(OH): Struktur, Lumineszenz und überraschende photokatalytische Eigenschaften

Abstract: Explorative Festkçrperchemie führte zur Entdeckung der beiden neuen Phasen Ga 5 B 12 O 25 (OH) und In 5 B 12 O 25 (OH). Mithilfe eines Walker-Moduls (Multianvil-Technik) führten extreme synthetische Bedingungen von 12 GPau nd 1450 8 8Cz ur Bildung eines unvorhergesehenen tetragonalen Strukturtyps.D ieser ist aus kondensierten BO 4 -Tetraedern mit kuboktaedrischen Kavitäten aufgebaut.
