Exploration of the Product Specificity of chitosanase CsnMY002 and Mutants Using Molecular Dynamics Simulations

Abstract: Chitosanase CsnMY002 is a new type of enzyme isolated from Bacillus subtilis that is used to prepare chitosan oligosaccharide.
