Abstract:Castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is the final stage of prostate cancer (PCa). Cabazitaxel is a taxane chemotherapy drug used in treating CRPC. However, patients with CRPC will eventually develop resistance to cabazitaxel, but the mechanism remains unclear.
