Exploration of Leadership and Adaptation Strategies to Organizational Change

Abstract: This research highlights the key role of leadership and adaptation strategies in organizations when facing rapid change. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The results confirm that the right leadership style plays a major role in overcoming ongoing changes.
