Abstract: Small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs that are abundant in the nucleoli of eukaryotic cells and play a crucial role in various aspects of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) maturation, including modifications such as 2′-O-methylation or pseudouridylation.
