“…Protein content was found to be 2.48% ± 0.34% which is in the range of 2.79% reported by Uttarwar et al [20], however, it is higher than that reported by Anurag et al [21] who found the value 1.6%. The crude fat content of bael was 0.47% ± 0.11% which is found to be similar results of 0.39% as reported by Sawale et al [19]. Uttarwar et al [20] and Sawale et al [19] reported that the fiber content of bael was 5.79%, and 3.07% respectively whereas our study reveals 3.04% ± 0.29% which is close to the value reported by Sawale et al [19] and is less than that reported by Uttarwar et al [20].…”
