Exploiting Innovation in Dubai SMEs: The Effect of Strategic Orientation on Organizational Determinants

Abstract: This study investigates the role of strategic orientations of small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in an emerging market, namely Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
