Explaining Patient Satisfaction With Outpatient Care Using Data-Based Nurse Staffing Indicators

Abstract: The patients were predominantly satisfied with the outpatient care. Better access to information improved patient satisfaction. Attention should be directed to the content of information in patient repeat visits.
