Abstract: BackgroundTumour gene detection by next‐generation sequencing (NGS) can comprehensively analyze the molecular characteristics of tumors, and predict drug efficacy and tumor resistance mechanisms through tumour cell models, thereby realizing individualized and precise treatment.
