Abstract:This article deals with issues aimed at the development of middle-aged women who are able to stimulate the endurance of the abdominal press, the flexibility of the hamstrings, and the muscular endurance of the upper body after 12 weeks of physical exercises for two sessions of 60 minutes per week.
