Abstract:In order to explore the effect of the gas flow rate on the plasma plume, a quantitative study of the effect of the gas flow rate on the atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma plume length was carried out using two different electrode structures. The results show that plasma plume length of up to 80.2 mm can be achieved in atmospheric condition outside the tube.
