Until now the method of pair momentum correlations of identical particles has been successfully used by us in the investigation of the neutron pair pre-emitted from Boromean halo nuclei [4][5][6]. “…Besides the applications of two-particle momentum correlation functions to investigate heavy ion collision process, the HBT method is also extended to study exotic structure of nuclei far from the β-stability line due to the rapid development of radioactive nuclear beams. The neutron-neutron correlation functions (C nn ) of Borromean halo nuclei such as 6 He, 11 Li and 14 Be are constructed to extract the size of separation between the two halo neutrons [20][21][22][23][24][25].
